In order to comply with the requirements of the Office of Fair Trading (OFT), you understand that 4me Solutions does not collect data, nor provide advice, contact details or information in respect of any debt counseling or any kind of debt advice. We provide access to and host forms that are provided by approved and regulated third party companies in order that you may make contact with regulated Debt Advisers, but we make no recommendation, assume no liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or otherwise of the services provided by such companies.

Your debt counsellor will focus on your situation and understand that stability in your finances is one of the keys to you living a stress free life. You will find that your advisor will always treat you sympathetically, reassure you when dealing with sensitive issues and provide explanations so that you completely understand everything that is happening along the road to financial recovery. The solutions that will be considered may include a debt management program, individual voluntary arrangement (IVA), debt relief order or even bankruptcy if your situation suggests that this may be the best option - It is important that you know that your debt advisor is trustworthy and an expert in solving money problems. Your initial debt advice is provided on a free of charge basis and you are under no obligation, if you decide to use the services suggested, then your debt counsellor will advise of any fees or charges that may apply, these may include a set up fee and/or a monthly fee, rest assured that you will be totally aware of all fees/charges and they will be accepted by you in writing prior to any services commencing.

If you have a complaint about the manner in which your debt management company has dealt with you, then you must, in the first instance, address your concerns to the company concerned. Should the matter not be resolved to your satisfaction, please refer the matter to DEMSA, who will help, provided that the dispute in question is covered by their Code of Conduct.
